BUT I HAVE LOVED YOU THROUGH DEATHS AND BIRTHS, AND SILENCE AND RAGE, LONG WINTERS & SUMMERS GONE BY. WRITTEN ENOUGH TO WARM YOUR HEART FOR TWO LIFETIMES, AND WRITTEN (REALLY) NOTHING AT ALL. IF I, THE POET, AM DESTINED TO GO FORWARD ALONE, I WILL DO SO AS HALF A MAN: I LEAVE MY INSIDES IN YOUR CARE. I LOVE YOU....DESPERATELY. AND BEHIND MY EYES, HIDDEN TEARS, AND SMILES, QUITE DECEIVING, AND A KISS IN WINTERS OR SUMMERS GONE BY, FORCED TO LOOK AWAY AS YOU ARE... LEAVING

About the Book
" CONFESSIONS OF A POET " is a story of love. In this book you will find happiness, despair, humor, sadness and maybe just a little bit of yourself; what I have learned is: THERE REALLY IS LIGHT AFTER DARKNESS AND THE HUMAN HEART, WHILE SOMETIMES FRAGILE, BEATS STRONGEST WHEN YOU DARE TO DREAM! This collection is my legacy; a gift I choose to share...finally. I open my heart, once more, to let you in.
About the Author
He began writing as an awkward teenager because he was quite shy and had much trouble expressing himself verbally. Poetry gave him an outlet. He wrote in secrecy for many years...hiding his emotions from the world, but pouring them onto blank pages. He is currently living in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and spent many years as a Teacher, Recreation Co-ordinator and Tennis Coach, but he admits that his true passion has always been his writing. It has been 15 years since he finished this book, but he truly feels another isn't too far off in the distance. until then...he gives you his story!
