Hi my name is Kevin Brisker ,I am the author of this book . I started out in my life as a young boy with a lot dreams about how I was going to accomplish things in my life. I finished high school and started to work at the post office where I did 28 years and nine months and retired. I have been retired now or about eight years, also I am a real estate Appraiser for the last 10 years which I have enjoyed. I started buying house in 1996 for Investments purposes trying to make life a little easier for me as far as income concerns.
