About the Author

Jill Rigby is a Registered/Licensed Occupational Therapist. She has worked with children for over 25 years. Her practice includes working with children who have learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder, and spectrum disorders. She is also a certified children’s yoga instructor. Jill lives in a Chicago suburb with her husband- Mark, two daughters- Rori and Marykate McPhilliamy, three stepsons- Patrick, Christopher and Jack, and her dog Bella. Her hobbies include marathon running, travelling, and cooking.
