About the Author

Readers who chose this book will be very intreged to find out that this book which was written by steve edmond was made to be easy for all to understand. Originally steve was an inspired natural bodybuilder male fitness model who competed in all national level shows while traveling all over the united states. He also took up the study of nutrition at a local community college in charles town massachussettes all while working as a personal trainer in the heart of down town Boston. in the mean time steve really enjoyed training other people and helping them to achieve their physical goals while making them feel great about them selves including writing nutrition regimens for his clients and non clients. One day on his free time he was going through his desk at work and found that he had written so many nutrition regimens that he had enough information to write a book. As time went by a lot was going through his mind. He thought to himself, what if i could pass my knowledge on to a wider audience and get the message across that way, what about the possability of having my own book published for the public to read? Then the idea came to life which is now what you are holding in your hands. Steve edmond was born in orlando florida and is the fith child out of eight kids. Growing up wasn’t as hard for him although he didn’t have the luxerury of being spoiled by his parents. His parent who are originally of carrabien decent came to the united states for a better way of life and to take care of steve and his siblings made sure that he had food on the table every night and clean clothes on his back. In highschool steve was involved in many different sports but his most favorite was American footbal, baseball and indoor track. Just like most young men, steve was more of the skinny kid but he was athletic and fast. It wasn’t until one day while practicing, his coach told him that he needed to put some size on if he ever wanted to take the sport of football any further. and so he did. as time went on steve began taking a liking to weight lifting because he noticed that his body was going through a change going from skinny to muscular in a matter of eight months. Before long the idea of him continueing on to play sports just took a back seat and he stuck to the weights. To make a long story short, one of steves friends was reading a muscle magazine and in that magazine was an advertizement detailing an up and coming local bodybuilding show. It took some time to talk him into entering the show but he finally did. the first show didn’t go so well for him because it was his first one which he also didn’t do well at all. but he never gave up and kept right at it. After doing a string of other bodybuilding shows and winning a few titles, he found himself a new hobby. and that’s how today he is known by many of his friends as a bodybuilder and a person to come to for nutrition and exercise information.
