About the Author

Peter B. Kaoma studied Public Administration at the University of Manchester UK and Modern Management with Alexander Hamilton Institute . USA. He holds a Master's degree in Management and Administration and is a fellow of the British Chartered Institute of Marketing. Mr. Kaoma has spent all hi working life stretching over a period of more than thirty five years in the corporate world.; holding senior and top executive management positions in Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Public and Government Relations and General Management. He worked in diverse industries including Construction, Copper Mining, Oil Industry, Toiletry Manufacturing, Aviation, and Telecommunications. He is a retiree and now concentrates on writing personal memoirs and motivational books. Mr. Kaoma has traveled widely covering most parts of Western and Eastern Europe, Middle East, Far East, Asia, USA and Africa. While in formal employment he attended and lectured at several management, marketing and human resources seminars locally and abroad. Mr. Kaoma firmly believes that people do best what they enjoy doing most. And they contribute most when they do what they do best. This can only be possible if people allow their passions to fuel their most cherished dreams. He believes that each of us is gifted in a unique way. Our potentials, however, are overlooked or lost because we fail to appreciate and value our uniqueness. He also believes that following one's passion goes well beyond the confinements of institutional education and reaches into the realms of work, family, personal development and community service.
