About the Author

Derrick Freeman is born and raised in Baton Rouge ,Louisiana. The father of five beautiful kids Jarnae ,Chavis,Tiaja Freeman, O'Brien Green and Dajahinque Hamilton.. I started writing books in June of 2008 after a terrible incident that occurred in my life thanks to Marcus Patterson, Marcus Ferry from Valley Park a neighborhood in Baton Rouge. Any way this police officer without a badge inspired me to start writing. Even though he pushed me down in life for a minute ,he also help me to become the writer I am today. I feel that if you have a dream pursue it don't let anything or anyone stop you from becoming what you want to be in life. I want to give a shout out to Reg Joe for being there for me whenever ,however love you lil brother.
