About the Book

The unique goal of the book is to satisfy one’s insatiable quest for knowledge. This may be summarized in one sentence. What really happened during World War II in Europe? This is an account of what really happened to the men and women involved in this conflict and not a sanatized, selective version of this global war. Germany occupied most of the European community and enslaved its civilian populations. This acount is a narrative non-fiction revelation of the extraordinary, gripping events which shaped the life and death of men in combat and civilians in a war of horrendous dimensions. This book is not based on a compilation of various sources of information. It is an eyewitness account of the war from its beginnings in England through France, Belgium and Germany. The reader joins hands with the author to experience the explosive events as they occurred.

About the Author

Stanley E. Axenfeld is by profession a Mangement Consultant. He resides with his wife Lillian in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania outside Philadelphia. His consult practice is international in scope covering more than ten countries and some thirty five States in the United States. He wrote articles for trade magazines regarding the technicalities of Management Consulting. He designed and developed seminars and training sessions for corporate officers.
