About the Author

Every one is on a journey through life that may lead them to paths not designed to bring them to their desired destination. Alexandra has composed poems and essays that will inspire, encourage and the spirit of the readers of this book. She has written this book in a way that speaks to you and propels you to new heights of encouragement and inspiration. Alexandra is a graduate from The City University of New York with degrees in Psychology and Sociology. Her career has been with the United States Federal Government, the division of Social Security Administration. After thirty years of service she has since retired, currently volunteering as a catechist at a local parish teaching the kindergarten class. Alexandra is also a Certified Etiquette Consultant with etiquette certifications from The Academy of Etiquette and Protocol of Orlando,Florida and The International Etiquette and Protocol Academy of London,England. She has established The Westchester Royal Academy of Etiquette and Protocol to teach children,teens and young adults self confidence,manners,life skills and character. These classes will be taught in the beautiful Village of Bronxville, New York at the location of the historical building of The Bronxville Women's Club. Alexandra is a member of the club as well as a member of The Kensington Chelsea Women's Club of London, England Her additional memberships include The Association of Moral Education and The Center for the Advancement of Ethics and Character, Boston University School of Education.
