Hopping up and down as he does with excitement, I noticed he left the porch with the hot dog in his mouth.

About the Book
Corn dogs is a book about a seemingly magical beagle, named Obee, and his family. The book is centered around the events of a summer's season when one day Obee decides to hide a hotdog that he snuck away from the family picnic table.
About the Author
Shirley Tjernagel hails from Indianola, Iowa where she continues to write heart-warming children's stories with underlying messages that teach values such as love and honesty. This is Shirley's second children's book in the 'Obee' series. This series is especially important to her as she is a strong advocate for the humane care of animals.
