This led Daliah into smugglimg drugs into the prison that confined her husband. In Daliah's mind she felt this was sure means of being a down female.
Not taking in consideration her freedom being at risk and the fact of losing her credentials as a nurse, a wife to her husband's demand was more her focus. Not the fact that both Brook's parents could be in jail. Aware of all the risks and consequences Daliah still wanted the fame of saying, "I got my man back."
Roy assured Daliah everything would go smooth because of his known acquaintance with the CO officer. Of course Daliah was shaking in her booths as she went to be searched for the 48 hour visit with her husband. As the officer moved the wand detector by Daliah's vagina area it would go off, Daliah could not believe the way her body was beginning to sweat and shake tremedously if she would have made one move she probably would have pissed all over herself. The disbelief came with her standing there with a pound of illegal drugs on her and then the officer said let me physically search you something must be wrong with this detector!
Daliah standing there ready for the search as the officer proceeded and finding Daliah clear and she begin to search the bags next. Still Daliah did not feel relief, her voice stayed nervous and she could not stop sweating; until she got in the arms of Roy ready for the 48 hour sex fest! Roy greeted Daliah with a heated tongue kiss and grasp of her butt, "Did you get it?" Roy stated.
As Daliah playfully replied, "Hell nah punk!" as she dug in her big momma panties and out came this compressed, plastic, weird shaped object, Roy grabbed Daliah and hugged her tight saying
"Baby I know you were going to come through giving Daliah embracement of relief and comfort. Daliah then thinks back and remembered the times she consulted with family about marrying Roy, and their response for her to wait until he gets out of jail first, but not Daliah she wanted to prove her family and studies wrong that 95% of jailhouse marriages usually ends up in divorce.But not the thought process of Daliah she wanted to be the 5% that remained married.
Within 3 weeks later of Daliah smuggling the drugs in for Roy, Roy was asking Daliah to send him some money on his books! She felt how can this guy be asking for money so soon and as a matter of fact he should have been sending money from jail with the amouint of drugs Daliah had just smuggled in for him!
After rethinking in her mind the freedom risk she just took for him and this idioit said he practically gave the drugs away as if the product was no good or he had it like that, she immediately begin to see the cycle of being used by her own husband.. Realizing this kind of guy can not benefit her especially being married to him!
Daliah's search for answers out of this love bliss ended in a love affair with a pimp! Lost and the fact of dissatisfaction Daliah hopes of a real man had reach its lowest expectations and she was driven by an attitude of carelessness to accept anything.

Her fierce behavior of guilt, ongoing pain, suffered childhood, and means to use drugs to support her, versus the lost of morals with adultery, treacherous sex acts, and life threatening ordeals. The amazing ways she enters a identity process of redeemption as she mentors the mistress and meets the wife. Watch the fancinating dialogue as she reach back to her roots to endure the struggle. Daliah introduces a warm, loving, strong black woman when she regains stability to appreciate life and the finale of her haunted past love strikes again!

She resides in Los Angeles, California and has developed the passion to write from some of her own life experiences that she has encountered in urban areas especially Watts, California.She does not contribute her geographical surroundings as a means to surrender but the strenght to move forward. She mothers two beautiful daughters; she has dedicated over 15 years in the health profession as a licensed vocational nurse. Her devotion to the Watts community through the Bullard Foundation and also a proud member of LIPPS , a women's group that support women in pursuit of positive solutions and of empowering thoughts.
