Monsignor Ed is a Catholic Priest, who was afflicted with Fibromyalgia at a very young age. He struggled for 80 years with a syndrome that was not diagnosed definitively until 1995, one year after retirement.
His life is a story about climbing up hill all the way through 21 years of education to enter a life of dedication as a pastor, social worker, newspaper editor, diocesan level bureaucrat, and civil rights activist, judge in three different matrimonial tribunals, military chaplain, and police chaplain in two cities, jail chaplain, hospital chaplain and author. His hobbies include reading, writing, woodworking, and security technology. He also tries to keep informed about developments in medical science. Criminology is an interest from police and jail chaplain experiences.
