Penny was born and raised in West Virginia , and at the age of 21 she moved to Tennessee, There is where she has devoted her time raising her two children summer and heath, by watching them grow up in the world it has gave her the true meaning of just what life really means. threw her children , she has managed to write and create the heartwarming tale of naper and the missing newspaper caper, a little tail with a big meaning !!
