About the Book

The Faerie Bard

The character, born of two different people (man and faerie), is brought up in a mystic realm where he learns and becomes skilled in music and history.

As he grows, he tours the world, and gains a name and reputation and riches, while he entertains great Kings and the courts of Ireland.

As time passes, he entices the world with a creation of his, which entrances the masses.  As he grows old, the loss of his child sours his heart and that of his wife, and they seek to explore the far lands of their mystic realm.

On this, he befriends new people, kings and queens, and comes to new battles with new beasts and foes, and even unites people to become a powerful kingship.

Any fan of Tolkien's popular books - The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, etc. will love The Faerie Bard, and also Cash Bond's other book, The Hound of Erin.

About the Author

Cash Bond (1/11/26 - 7/14/07) was an accomplished writer, historian, and genealogist.  He was also a poet, philologist, and a tremendous fan of Tolkien's books and movies.

The Faerie Bard is one of two celtic books that he wrote before he died.  Share Bond, his daughter who is also an author, wanted to make sure that he lived on in his books, so edited and published them in his legacy.
