About the Author

My name is Fay Stinson. This my first cook book. The name of my cook book is Fay's Finest Cheesecakes. I'm from  Indiana but I grew up in New York.  I enjoy cooking and I enjoy cooking for others.  I created this cheesecake cook book for that I love eating and working with cream cheese.  When I was a little girl I wanted a Easy Bake oven but, instead my parents got me an Holly Holly oven.  And I've been baking ever since.
