The Hellenization of Christianity, ancient Greek greatly influences, the affection of light or fair skinned peoples today, and is reflected in ancient Greek literature, as the goddess Venus is fair of skin as are many of the ancient Greek gods, “But here is my threat to you. Even as Phoibos Apollo is taking away my Chryseis. I shall convey her back in my own ship, with my own followers; but I shall take the fair-cheeked Briseis, your prize, I myself going to your shelter, that you may learn well how much greater I am than you, and another man may shrink back from likening himself to me and contending against me.” ~The Iliad, Homer, 800(?)-300(?) Of course, the Christian Church denies any familiarity with Greek influences, even if the apostles are mistakenly accepted as gods, because they spoke Greek [the first New Testaments were written in Koine Greek]. To admit to such blasphemy is to undermine the very fabric of the faith. But history tells us otherwise. ~See Acts. Jesus had to be made white to gain acceptance in the white world, and Jesus had to be omnivorous in order for the faith to be accepted by people who ate meat and drank wine. As to further elaboration on dark skin people, the Catholic Church even keeps quiet on its three Black Popes. AD 189-199(?) Pope Saint Victor, the First Black Pope, is only a Deacon when he becomes Pope. He died a martyr in 199 C.E. Pope Saint Victor I, was known for a treatise he wrote on “Dice throwing.” Pope Saint Victor caused great dissension amongst the various Christians sects when he had the Roman Christians celebrate Easter on the 14th day of Nissan regardless of what day it falls on. Nissan, near the first of the year, being equivalent to the months of March-April, is when the Jewish Festivals of Passover, Unleavened Bread, and First fruits are celebrated. Pope Saint Militiades [Melchiades] is the second black Pope, with the Third Black Pope being Pope Saint Gelasius. Second Nephi prompts how God caused to come upon the iniquitous brethren of Cain, a cursing so that, “Wherefore, as they were white, and exceedingly fair and delightsome, that they might not be enticing unto my people the Lord God did cause a skin of blackness to come upon them.” ~Note: A curse believed in by Mormons; Latter Day Saints. The earliest representations of Jesus, Mary, and of Christ's disciples appear in the catacombs of ancient Rome, where the first Christians, known as Essenes buried their dead. These early portrayals of Jesus picture a dark-skinned Messiah, and during the time of Roman Emperor Justinian II, the Empire actually minted a gold coin that pictured Jesus, which coin, can be viewed in the British Museum, shows a man with clearly non-white [non-Aryan] facial features with tightly curled hair [consistent with the description of Christ offered in the Book of Revelation], wherein it is duly noted that Jesus had hair like wool, feet the color of burnt brass, and skin that resembled jasper and sardine stones: both of which are dark brown in color. Herod sent numerous search parties out to find Jesus, and slay him as an infant, but his family absconded with him to Egypt, where the Christ must have blended in with pre-Arab Egypt, which even referred to itself as Kemet [the Black land], for thousands of years, and known as ‘Kemetcu,’ [the black humans].. It is during the 1820’s, the era of ‘Jacksonian Democracy,’ that the unique white supremacist origin myth of the U.S. is created, with James Fennimore Cooper being the initial scribe. James Fennimore Cooper's re-invention of America in The Last of the Mohicans becomes our official origin story. During the mid 19th century, influenced by Social Darwinism, which is but another form of racism, which is quickly grasped by the Nazi Regime of Hitler, English scientists peddled the theory that the Irish [and of course all people of color] had descended from apes only a few generations back, while the English are descendants of a man who had been created by God in His image: “Thus the English were 'Angels' and the Irish [and other colonized peoples] were a lower species, what today U.S. white supremacists call ‘Mud People,’ products of the process of evolution.” ~ibid. What is the color of God? “There is a strong reason to think, that man was at first very dark of skin, wooly haired and flat nosed. And since the Bible tells us that man was created in God's image, then beyond all doubt God must be of dark complexion with unmistakably African features. Some of my friends have suggested that, should it be generally believed, in these United States that either Jesus, or Jehovah, was of sable [black] hue that the Christian Church would soon go out of business. They reason that white citizens of the nation, on account of race prejudice, would have absolutely no use for a black God: and the colored citizens would not have any confidence in an Ethiopian God who had so long neglected his own race of people. However, I do not think such a situation will come to pass, for the overwhelming majority of people do not believe what is plausible or what is true; they believe what is comforting or pleasing.” ~Dr. Joseph McCabe, Rationalist Encyclopedia.
