Are you human’? The family looked at Robert as to say what a stupid and waist of a question; it was as if they though Robert was mad. Autumns, Lacey and Roberts faces were the only straight faces in the room upon that question. ‘Yes I am human’. Autumn replied ‘I have not been bitten or tasted the blood of another human or tasted the blood of the Queen or any other vampire familiar or beast; she needs me to stay pure’. Robert continued. ‘How big is the pack and what is the pack made of’. She replied again. ‘There is the Queen the tall man who is her bodyguard myself and Andrew we were the lures then there are the three familiars two you saw as your brothers the other we never got to know where he might be or what he looked like. - She could have up to ten people in her pack but I can only be sure of the ones I have seen’. Robert replied. ‘So there could be another three more of her followers out there as she has to be counted in the number of ten if she had a full pack’. The question was more aimed at himself as though he was speaking out loud. ‘How come those things looked and sounded like my brothers’. Robert asked. ‘She used magic to trick your mind as it was what you desired’. Autumn replied. Robert asked with frustration. ‘How old is the Queen’, Carol interrupted. ‘What does that matter’? Robert answered Carol back. ‘If she is older than normal then it means she has seen more and knows more that all of us in this room, she will not risk defeat if she has no replacement and no one, man or beast wants to die, self preservation’. Robert shouted back at Carol. ‘The older she is the wiser she is’ Robert hissed. Autumn cut in to calm the siblings. ‘She is beyond my time, I have been with her fifteen years I am twenty seven’. The family were stunned as Autumn looked so young for her age. Autumn continued – ‘and of those fifteen years not her or the tall man as aged one day from the night we met. - In our years of travelling meeting other packs we heard that she was around when witches were hunted, in the days of Salem in America and Europe now she’s become the hunter, no longer a witch but something much, much worst. ‘So there were seven of you now, six as I have killed your brother Andrew’. Autumn gave Robert the daggers due to his statement. ‘He is not my brother he too was turned and killed many times he has the ability to become alive again but he must drink of the Queens blood to become fully turned into a vampire’ Autumn answered back.
