This is a paragraph from chapter three - Bolrag. They set off into the sky and left the misty swamp far behind for a new location that will take them further on their quest. It was nearly dawn, when they reached the barren lands. ‘This is where I leave you; good luck and goodbye. Pray we meet again’ ‘Goodbye Faylen and thank you!’ Serpenton was very angry that Sygorg had failed to snare the children and so punished him. ‘That was your last chance Sygorg; I am feeling merciful so I will not kill you; instead I will turn you into something more fitting’ ‘No master please, I beg of you… give me one more chance no sire nooooo!’ In a flash of bright red light, Sygorg was no more; in his place stood a scrawny little boy with rags instead of his majestic armour.

About the Book
This story is about an elf princess, who gets kidnapped when she is only one year old by an evil sorcerer whose part fairy and part elf, Who seeks power and to put himself on the throne. The princess then gets rescued and later in life about nine years later, she has to find her way home to save the kingdom and to defeat the sorcerer to restore peace to Fernvail Forest and all the creatures that live there. Along the way she meets an elf warrior who helps in her quest to destroy the evil sorcerer. She has to fight four guardians that block her path on her journey to return home to fulfil the prophecy that was prophesised years before her birth.
About the Author
My name is Katie Elizabeth Biggs, i live in New Milton but i am from East Grinstead in West Sussex. i was born on 29th May 1988 and lived in East Grinstead until i was nine. We then moved to the New Forest where we have been living for the past tweleve years. I have had 13 pets all together and currently have a 14 year old West Highland White Terrier (Westie). I went to school at Escots in East Grinstead and then at New Milton Junior when we moved. I then attended Highcliffe Comp and I now work at Peverel Retirement also known as PMSL. I have three sister's one i live with and the other is my half-sister who I don't see very often and the other one is my step-sister. My parents have been divorced for about nine years and my mother now has a new husband who have been married for over a year now. My dad died on the 16th May 2010, after his long battle with cancer. I have two best friends who i have known for a very long time, one of them since i was eleven and the other since i was twelve going on thirteen.
