About the Author
Dr. Quindola Crowley is an incredible woman who has led a very colorful life. She is very accomplished. Her accomplishments include nearly 30 years in the military retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. She has several degrees and spends her energy very purposefully working toward the empowerment of others. Quindola is a Board Certified Clinician, a minister, and a life coach. As a motivational speaker she is transparent and uplifting bringing about awareness and self actualization.
