Tom's Letters

Dear Gransie,

Last Friday we went to visit Jane. She is a little older then me and bigger so I do what she says. We were upstairs because that is where her room is. She was telling me all about bubble baths and asked if I would like to see one. That is how it started. She put the plug in and turned on the water and made beautiful bubbles. She emptied the bottle and said "I know Mum bought some on special." Well, we found 2 huge bottles. They went in the bath plus all the soap we could find and all the shampoos. By now we had frothy clouds of bubbles floating in the air. That was when we decided it was a shame to waste it so we put all the towels we could find and the clothes, then undressed too in the bath. By now we were making a lovely waterfall. We heard shouts from our mums. There were bubbles floating down the stairs and water everywhere. Mum was not amused.
