Since 1987, Bonnie has helped thousands of individuals achieve their nutrition and fitness goals. Bonnie is committed to improving the health of individuals through positive lifestyle changes and healthier eating habits. Bonnie provides Medical Nutrition Therapy for weight management and many medical conditions to adults and children of all ages. Bonnie is a Certified Diabetes Educator assisting those with diabetes to understand their complex medical condition, stabilize their blood glucose levels and learn proper meal planning techniques. Bonnie believes that eating healthy does not have to be tasteless and difficult. She modifies family favorite recipes into healthier flavorful dishes. Bonnie is the author of Recipes to Remember: Heart Healthy Can Be Delicious, a cookbook with 200 recipes that your heart will love.
