James E. Campbell M.D., received his undergraduate degree from MacMurray College, Jacksonville, Ill; received his medical degree from St. Louis University Medical School in 1965; completed a general psychiatric residency at Michael Reese in Chicago in 1969; completed a Child Fellowship at UCLA in 1982. He has been in private practice in Glendale, Arizona for 38 years
