Circumnavigating the Globe: Amazing Race 10 to 14 and Amazing Race Asia 1 to 3

 AR10 in Lob It, teams searched a giant pile of tomatoes to find one with a clue inside. While they were searching, locals either lobbed or threw tomatoes at them as in the Spanish festival called La Tomatina in Bunol Valencia. Dustin/Kandice chose Lug It against Tyler/James; Rob/ Kimberly and Lyn/Karlyn chose Lob It. Dustin/Kandice... were eliminated.   In AR11’s task in Punta Arenas....a sign had to be created from a wood slab with each slab naming a place on the voyage. Rob couldn’t spell “Philippines” allowing most of the other teams to get ahead during the attempt. Approximately the same order was maintained until reaching staged boats to transport teams to Isla Redonda. Rob/Amber were put with Uchenna/Joyce ahead of Charla/Mirna.  However, the Charla/Mirna boat arrived sooner than expected. The ROADBLOCK “Who’s good at sorting things out?” was a random task to find mail addressed to a team in a large pile of letters... Rob performed poorly and Mirna well, resulting in the elimination of Rob/Amber.   AR12 has a classic animal encounter with a jackass. On Ireland’s west coast at the Cleggan Farm in County Galway was the ultimate man vs. animal challenge. All teams select a donkey, direct it to an area to load up 15 pieces of peat and then direct it back to the starting point. This was as comic as television ever gets. The donkeys of several teams misbehaved and victimized their drivers. Ari/Staella were eliminated as a result of their inability getting their donkey to move at all for 7 hours.  AR13 has ROADBLOCK “Who’s ready for a colorful experience?”... in Delhi where dozens of young Indians were celebrating an out-of-season Holi Festival where individuals throw bright powdered colors. That includes the selected team member trying to maneuver to a ladder, climb up it, locate the correct Amazing Race envelope and get away with minimal damage. All seem to have many new skin tones, Tina had green hair and Kelly a many-color-array.  AR14’s Christie/ Jodi's taxi driver listened to them want to go to the Sacred Tree, but took them toward Pushkar, discovered and turned around but Christie/Jodi arrived at the Amber Fort parking lot 30 minutes after the other teams in addition to having to do a SpeedBump, another 30 minutes in task plus transportation. Christie/Jodi caught up with Mark/ Michael by outstanding performances in the ROADBLOCK and DETOUR and left for the pit stop 2 minutes ahead of them. Mark/ Michael’s DETOUR was 1.5 miles closer to the pit stop, so they got there first by 2 minutes. Christie/Jodi were eliminated.< bod>
