This book, fact and fiction, centres around the lives of people within an ambulance control room, the place where 999 calls are received. To begin with the book explains about what happens when you call 999 for an ambulance emergency response, thereafter it focuses on some of the people that work there and how their lives are affected by the others that work with them, some with catastrophic results!
About the Author
The author has worked within an ambulance control room for four years. It is her experiences that gave her the idea for this book. Totally passionate about the job she does, she combines this with her home life. She is married and has five children.
