About the Author
Richard is a highly trained people developer who works as a qualified Personal Performance Coach, Trainer and NLP Practitioner. He is also a qualified secondary school teacher and ordained Church minister and has worked in the field of empowering people for over 20 years. He is passionate about people being empowered towards personal transformation and seeing teams and individuals working to their full potential and becoming engaged in their own life purpose. This theme of empowerment has led him to work in positions of team leadership and people management in start up projects in both churches and in the charitable sector including work among the homeless and inner city youth.
