It is a subject not spoken of because of family shame, secrets, fear, and blindness to the subject. But it did happen even back then to the generation of old just like it is now. Every thing on the surface was not all it should have been, but they lived through it.
There are so many older people a shame to shake up the dead dogs, they would rather suffer in silence. Not realizing that speaking out could free someone else and deliver them from their prison of hurts and secrets. You may feel it is not important now and that you are not important, but to God you are and everything you have gone through is important to Him..

About the Book
Plucked Flower…We made it! This book is in reference to my sister and myself. The sexual, physical, and mental abuse suffered when we were little girls and into our preteen years. The off and on times of abandment, and the struggles of a single mother. How we, the little girls, brutally beaten and molested, but we survived it, and this book is to be an encouragement to other victims letting them know that they can also make it . If you have not taken yourself out of the race, you can still be a winner.
About the Author
I am a wife of (35) years, and a mother of (4). I am now a Christian and living my life for the Lord, my family and my children. I am song writer, and love music. I sing and have been singing as long as I can remember. I am also a clothes designer for myself and my daughters. Love people and believe that real love does not have a color.
