About the Book
The Declaration of Independence dated July 4, 2009, declares the American people's independence from the current Political Parties. As Jefferson did in the original, thirty-four reason reasons are substantiated. Although we are led to believe the reason for the original Delcaration was "taxiation", that was issue number 17 out of 27. This document identifies issues such as citizen voting, gerrymandering, how candiates are selected by the political parties, election funding, growth of the governement and specific responsibilites. An explanation of the Constitution is provided as a reference.
