Loss - the first thing that comes to mind is losing a loved one. Someone has passed on leaving a void in our life.
But Death is only one type of loss.
We can lose Our Self.
Self Loss comes in many shapes. And each shape is formed by dissimilar forces, so different methods must be used to heal and rebuild.
Throughout this Guide I will try to point out the many twists and turns you may encounter on your road toward resolution. This mapping of hills and valleys will only be a way of showing you the possibilities.
The choices are yours.
We are given free will - this guidebook asks that you exercise that God-given right. There is no guarantee that the road will be smooth. But if it's God's Will, you will not end this journey with the same baggage that you carried at its start!

About the Book
This book follows the axiom, "you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink"!
It points toward the oasis - the "cure". It supplies the map - a choice of tools - instructions on their use - but doesn't tell you that you MUST do it THIS way or else! It explains "why" - "where" - and "what". But it doesn't force feed you with the "who" that must be "you".
All you need is "FAITH" that you can do this! That YOU have the strength - the intelligence - the “free will” to choose if you want to take that first drink!

Reverend Lyn is an ordained non-denominational minister of God with a Doctorate in Divinity. She likes to say that she is a "teacher not a preacher". Her experience, training, education and research span over 40 years. She is the founder, pastor and spiritual guide of FIREBIRD MINISTRIES, the outreach of the Phoenix Universal Church.
