About the Book

Tommy is back in another adventure with Bobby and Bunny, the rabbit brothers.  Together, with their fishing rods and a picnic they stroll over to Forest Lake and meet up with Olly the otter.

They go fishing on the lake and get more than they bargained for..................

Kinger, the King of the catfish, lived in the lake.  Could he ever be caught or would he remain the King of all the catfish?

In Tommy's first adventure, "Tommy's Triumph" did you manage to find Great Granny Daisy in Tommy's mantel?

If you did, well done!

This time, see if you can find Harry the hedgehog in Olly's workshop.

About the Author

P Wheelie has lived in Hampshire, on the south coast of England, for fifty years.  He has been influenced by the local wildlife and natural environment of the rolling fields, forests and the coastline of Hampshire.  This story evolved from childhood memories and of his adventures as a young boy.

Now, he would like to share some of these memories of a time when children didn’t watch television or play computer games and had the freedom to roam and play outside in the fields and woods, within their local landscape.

P Wheelie would like to take the opportunity to thank Gerry Lambert for the illustrations which have helped bring the story to life.
