The golden sun smiled on Sammy and Cow Bird. Above, fluffy white marshmallow clouds sailed by in a cool azure blue sky. A fat furry black and white cat slept soundly on the pasture fence as sunbeams warmed his curled back.
Nearby, black and yellow striped bees buzzed as they gathered pollen from purple flowers. A ladybug, dressed in an orange and black polk-a-dot jacket, crawled carefully along thin blades of grass. Sammy and Cow Bird loved the peace and harmony of their pasture. Together they shared a special trust and friendship.
