Impossible situations can be overcome by prayer. In an impossible situation you often feel as if you need a door to open for you. You may be trapped by your circumstances and possibilities of escape just don’t seem to exist. However, Jesus states in Luke 11:9-10, “So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you” (Emphasis added). Jesus Christ Himself assured us in this verse that God is in the business of opening doors for those who call on Him in prayer.

About the Book
Hope for Heavy Hearts was born out of seven years of intense spiritual trial in my personal life. The principles in the book are those which carried me through and gave me hope. I have no doubt that they will offer you hope as well. The work is a collection of 12 short, inspiring essays rooted in biblical truth as well as the real world. The chapters can be read in order or in order of preference and are not meant to be exhaustive expositions of theological truth, but short, readable essays intended to offer immediate hope and encouragement to the reader.
About the Author
David Paszkiewicz has a degree in History from The King’s College and a Masters of Religious Arts from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. He is a high school History teacher, crew coach and ordained pastor. He lives in Kearny New Jersey.
