OUTPOUR

About the Book

Outpour is an inspirational writing based on personal experiences during my walk with Christ. It is a combination of short tracts, poems, and prayers that can be used in our daily living. Outpour is a reflection of trials that I have faced and overcome and some that are still a struggle;  however I know that God will see me through. I know that the wait may grow long, but in the end there will be great rejoicing.

Outpour was inspired by the Holy Spirit, to help those who feel that void that can't seem to be filled; those seeking help not knowing where to find it; and those who are lost waiting to be found.

I pray that Outpour encourages others to laugh, love, and live again.

                        TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!

About the Author

   Shatina Archer-Williams was born and raised in North Carolina.  She found God at the age of 22 and has served him faithfully since.  Over the years of her continued service for the Lord, she has learned more about Him than she could have ever imagined. Looking back over her life has made it possible to know and understand what God has done for her and what he can do for others. It is because of this realization "Outpour" was written.  What started as encouraging words for her coworkers has developed into a collection of encouragement for all who will embrace it.

   Shatina knows that as a Christian, God wants her to spread the Gospel.  So after seeking him through fasting, prayer, and reading, He spoke to her and told her to write.  Writing has always been a passion of hers but had been pushed aside due to life's many changes.  However, it was gladly welcomed back into her heart.  Because of this mission assigned to her she pours out her soul upon the pages and hopes that someone, somewhere will be encouraged and find peace, happiness, love, and most importantly find Jesus Christ.  

                                          Pray Her Strength

Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.  Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.  Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.  Take heed unto thyself, and unto thy doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.
