About the Book

As I began to become sufficient at my Cab Driving skills I started to concentrate on the people I transported from place to place.  I felt a deep appreciation for the life styles they had chosen and the reasons they had chosen them.  I started to wonder if in the same situation would I have chosen the same.  Then there were those that I identified with but for one reason or another had chosen a different path for myself and felt immensely grateful.

Then it dawned on me that if I had been exposed early enough in my life how many pitfalls could I have avoided.  So, I decided to put pen to paper and publish this work for others to enjoy and perhaps learn from.

It is my fondest wish that you all enjoyed each and every person you have met in these pages and that you will appreciate that we all have our own road to walk.  We are all given gifts and talents and none of us has a neither easier nor harder life, although some are just better prepared.   Since we each have our own challenges to face, hopefully you will find a few in this work and help you or a loved one to make a better choice.

About the Author

Judith Gentile is a 64-year-old woman.  She is a mother of four girls and four boys and a grandmother.  She spent thirty years after college in the field of Histology; a subdivision of Pathology and after retiring from that field she began to drive a Cab.  Because of her love of the business and driving she continued to work for the next twenty years.  She only retired from hacking because of health complication.   She now spends her days writing, crocheting and gardening.   This, her first book, is published in the hopes that it may be a guide for young people to learn from and for the older generations to enjoy for its entertainment and thought provoking values.  She feels every D.U.I. should be made to drive a cab at night.   After driving drunks around for thirty nights they would never drink and drive again.
