About the Book

Thoughts shared

Thought Shared is a book of Poems and Phrases written about Life, love, lovers, friends, family, accepting what life gives us to work with and letting go of the past finding ones inner strength.

This was written during a time of re-examining my life and working through the question, fears and rewards that life asks of us.

About the Author

I David La Bella was born on October 18, 1959 in the Chicago area. I went to college in1978 at the Lincoln College in Lincoln Illinois, and attended College of Boca Raton in Boca Raton Florida in 1979.

I moved to Los Angeles at the age of 23 in 1982. I became an entrepreneur by starting my own business as a private trainer going into people’s home setting up individual work out programs. I then attended school and received a cosmetology license, and also a masseur’s certificate.

I moved to the West Hollywood are in 1992 where there I became a Property Manager for an apartment complex, this position gave me the time and chance to work on my dreams and goals.

Photography has always been a pashion of mine since I was a young boy.

I attended Santa Monica College in the photography program in 2005 and 2006. I have hopes of publishing a photography book in the near future.

I am a Actor and a acting career and have the privilege to make several commercials, I continue to follow this dream today.

In 2008 I started a Dog Walking business.

When I was 21 years old a stranger told me that I did not look like a very happy person, I told him that I did not know what I wanted to do with my life. The man responded with try everything until you find what you want, as you can see I am.

In 2008 I also am taking the opportunity to publish my book Thoughts Shared, this book has been sitting on the shelves for many years and I am now taking the opportunity to share my work with others
