About the Author
Mimi Canda Mason was born in Bohol, Philippines and raised in Seattle, Washington. She lives with her husband Jerry and her two sons, Trey and Matthew. Her study of Children's Literature and Developmental Psychology motivated her to write and illustrate her first book, Lola's Cane.
