ECSTACY Inundated with this flood of ecstacy I am overflowing like the river estuary Merging into the sea in placid harmony
No ugliness do I see today in my rose-colored spectacles Humanity is freed from the devil's tentacles Bracing courageously the plethora of obstacles
The dancing snowflakes out an amorous adventure The sky's tipped over its fruits in sweet surrender The winds dance euphorically on an unmanned orchestra.

About the Book
This is a simple yet passionate book of man's out-cries to God. A search for self-realization and an expression of his true feelings both in joy and sorrow.
About the Author
Born in Dehra dun, India, Yasmeen grew up in Pakistan where she completed her B.A in English. She started writing Poetry after her 25 year suffocating marriage was over. On becoming free in body, mind and spirit she began her search and adoration for God. The poems came to her in streams of Inspiration in a reverie state. She has been living in Canada for 33 years where she got a chance to explore and expand her beliefs. Not very religious to begin with, the doors of Spirituality opened wide for her. She has three beautiful, loving daughters, who have been an anchor to her with all their love and support. She has seven grandchildren, who are the light of her life. She has been an English teacher for over twenty years, both in Pakistan and in Canada.
