Headstands, accenting its curvaceous back.
Flexons, tumbling with head tucked under.
An original somersault.
Next, some long strides taken,
arabesques, then a breakaway

A collection of poems on subjects ranging (as the title states) from love, death, time, global warming, obcene phone calls, to "other things," written as the author zig zags through his life's experiences.
About the Author
A man who had the good fortune, while in high school and college, of having many of his themes read before the class and who after graduation began scrawling poems on envelopes, napkins, and eventually in a notebook.
August's philosophy is "life is good but it should regularly be assessed by the cosmos as well as your friends, neighbors, and immediate surroundings."
