About the Book

   “Thought Evolution” is a collection of essays and poetry written by Tharwat Fahoum Lovett.  When she was a teenager, she began writing poetry to help make since of the confusing and sometimes exhilarating emotions she felt. Many times, these emotions were connected to questions she had regarding the mis-fit between how she felt and the supposed grain of status quo. It was her way of bringing tangibility to something so hard to describe. She realized over the span of eleven years, her collection of untitled poetry had followed a progression, an evolution if you will. Her poems were documenting a developmental journey from the confusing collective illusion to individual realization.

      Tharwat Fahoum Lovett shares the story of her evolution of emotion and realization with anyone willing to acknowledge and validate their feelings as a major player in their subjective life drama. There is more to us than what we see. Much of our behavior is driven by what we feel. In order to understand the choices we make, we must first understand ourselves and the emotions that fuel our existence.

      "Thought Evolution" is a marriage between ineffable feeling and tangible thought. The most interesting and rewarding territory for anyone to explore is themselves. Take the steps toward self discovery and find a powerful place of infinite possibility and unconditional acceptance.

About the Author

Tharwat Fahoum Lovett has been a life long student of all things internal. She grew up in a bi-religious home that offered her a unique perspective on religion, morality and spirituality. Having been exposed to two cultures as a child, she also learned early on the existence and importance of social and human differences. In college, she set off to learn about the human psyche by earning a masters degree in psychology. And her most challenging experience yet, has been raising and understanding the minds and behaviors of her three beautiful daughters.
