About the Book

Every American patient is one accident or one illness away from filing bankruptcy.

Until now, no one has helped the patients avoid bankruptcy.  This book will empower and enable the patients to avoid bankruptcy so they will continue to stay on the paths to healing, both physically and financially. The many secrets revealed to the patients in this book come directly from the health care community, and they are tried and true.  The purpose of this book is to reach out and support the multitude of patients in America that will never cross the author's path as she continues to work as a medical debt collector for the physicians, in the Kansas City area.

About the Author

Barbara Gail Kimberlin-Murphy is currently a resident of Shawnee, Kansas, a Kansas suburb of the Kansas City area.  She was born and raised in Jefferson City, Missouri, and moved with her family to the Kansas City area while in her teens. She went on to graduate from F.L. Schlagle High School in 1979 with honors and attended several universities in the Kansas City area studying finance and economics while working for the past 27 years in the Kansas City medical community. She is a 47 year-old- housewife, married to Lawrence Murphy for over 11 years.  Together, they have a son, Joey Murphy, who is 9 years old. Her father passed away from cancer when he was 53 years old in 1981, which gave Barbara the desire to spend her life in the health care community. Her mother still lives in the Kansas City area and her 3 siblings live outside of the Kansas City area. This is Barbara's first book she has written since she started her 27-year-journey in the Kansas City healthcare community shortly after her father passed away in 1981.
