Jerrod decided after a few hours of Sadie being  gone that dogs were ungrateful anyway.He thought that since he gave her fresh water and food everyday that she would always love him. He thought to himself"I dont need her,dumb ole dog"!

His day at school was a normal one.Nothing exciting. He knows he is supposed to come straight home from school but walks ever so slowly.He decides to take another way home.One in which he isnt too familiar with.After looking both ways to cross the street  he sees something odd out of the corner of his eye.

A little dog with black and tan fur was carrying a gray cat in its mouth. Strange because the cat wasnt mad and it didnt try and get away.They looked very serious and did not notice him at all.

He decided to follow. It was kind of mysterious so Jerrod decided to play spy.He stayed away from them so he wouldnt be seen.He watched the little dog go towards a house but stopped in the grassy yard and look around.Jerrod looked around as well wondering why the dog was looking around.The little dog went to an open window and dropped the cat in.In a flash the dog took off and Jerrod could not keep up. His heart sank. Just then he realized he was late and would be in big trouble...
