About the Author
JANET SANDERS is a Certified Health Counselor specializing in diabetes and pre-diabetes coaching, healthy weight loss, and navigating personal change. An attorney and change management specialist, she was diagnosed with diabetes in September 2001. Applying change management techniques in conjunction with a program of diet, exercise, stress management, and nutritional supplementation she was able to bring her diabetes under control. In 2002 she founded Great Life, Inc. and developed the Diabetes Coaching System™. Today, through coaching and workshops, Ms. Sanders offers a program of hope and encouragement to individuals grappling with the effects of this chronic disease. Founded upon Ms. Sanders’ unique personal change management system, Great Life coaching programs are designed to help diabetics, pre-diabetics and individuals with related health issues improve their lifestyle and reach their personal health goals.
