About the Book

   Do you know the nicest bug?  Some insects make noise, others make honey, yet others do not make anything at all.  While you and your little ones enjoy the bright and colorful illustrations of The Nicest Bug, you can explore the diversity of the bugs.  Several of the bugs are realistic while others are of the imagination.  There are millions of bugs across the world, each with its own unique individuality.  The Nicest Bug is a book to enjoy again and again.  This bug is our favorite and we think it could be yours too.  It is a friend to you and a friend to me.

About the Author

   Heath and Brittney Persinger are from Coal City, Indiana.  They live in a small rural community that has a population of approximately two hundred and fifteen.  They currently have one child, Havah Joy, was born in June of 2007.  Shortly after their daughter, Havah, was born they worked together to write their first book The Nicest Bug.  While collaborating with Heath's imagination and Brittney's writing skills the two were able to bring to light the character The Nicest Bug.

   Heath works for the family business and Brittney is a stay at home mom.  She graduated from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods in Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, Indiana with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development with Mild Intervention.  Heath and Brittney love children and believe that they are a blessing from God.
