About the Author

I have always been an emotional person starting at just a little girl. I am easily hurt and I am even easily brought to joy. I learned in time to put those emotions down on paper. Therefore I believe in poetry, emotion is what helps a poet write poems with true feeling and meaning. My life has had its ups and downs in love and with Gods everyday tasks. I have always had a loving family that has supported me and has helped me get back on track. I share with them a great love of Gods gift of dogs and all His heavenly creations. When I was a younger woman my high school sweetheart and I used to pass poems back and forth to one another in class. Then it became a way for each other to communicate the love we shared and even the pain. Soon it was a hobby and I was writing about my family and even about my precious dogs. My families love and confidence has encouraged me to share my poetry. My mother has given me the courage and the ability to be a better more confident poet. I hope you enjoy my poetry and on a sunny or rainy day when you are feeling blue or even full of joy you can pull my book out for a little reassuring boost.
