About the Author

Michele Moore, President of The Resource Group, Asset and Trust Managers, A Registered Investment Advisor.

The company provides personal financial planning, investment management for individuals and trusts, Trust and Fiduciary Services and Trustee Support and Administration.

I am registered in the California Statewide Registry of Private conservators, guardians and Trustees.  I am designated as a private professional with the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside Probate Court.

My background has been in asset management, corporate trustee officer and private fiduciary for over twenty years.

What I would like everyone to know is that there are many options for the role as Trustee.  I also believe that one of the best option is for people who wish to have a family member serve as a Trustee but to have me give guidance, handle the administrative portion so as not to be a burden on the family.

This is my first book.  I will be writing another book shortly “The Time is Now” as a guidebook for the Trustee who needs a resource for navigating the maze of responsibilities and  understand the personal legal liability that they are accepting.
