In"Dark Kingdom" Firestar creates a deeply personal and emotional collection of poetry. Her willingness to open herself up shows her desire for self-exploration and understanding. As she explains, "A soul screaming out of the darkness wanting and seeking the justice to tell you of the pain that you have place upon it, it must have its retribution."
In" Dark Tragedy" she explores the notion of sinking into lonelinesss and depression. Her words are filled with hopelessness:
Blacken reality upon life.
Dim has become life reality upon this essence of life.
Obscure is reason to dare.
Overshadow keeps within my darkest tragedy of sorrow.
Dingy hope turns me sick upon life.

About the Book
Dark Kingdom, the words within the reality of life that is written to express the horror and reality upon life. It is the darkness upon the world that needs to be read and felt to where people will strive to make a difference for the world to have a better future within the lightness instead of forever walking with the darkness of ill-fated reality. Our aphotic life is refusing to see and dare the need changes within life for the next generation. For the benighted is upon life shall we forever dwell within in it or shall we embrace the true reality intend for us by God. Shall our hearts and souls forever noctivagant till there is no more life upon this world to dare to live within? These are my words of darkness that lurks and looms upon life, now fated reality.
About the Author
Firestar lives in a small town called Charlotteville, Virginia, the state that is know for..."State for Lovers". She is single and lives with her five dogs and five cats.
Firestar's has many published poems by The National Library of Poetry. Two-Sided Realities is her first poem book, which was published by another self-publishing company. Dark Kingdom is her second poetry book published by AuthorHouse out four more, she hopes to get publish with AuthorHouse. She is currently working on three novels that are almost done.
