The Bride and The Bridegroom

    Prelude

When a man sees a woman that pleases him in his heart he makes the conscience decision to make her his Bride. So it is that God in his delight in our creation chose us as his Bride, him being the Bridegroom and choosing what delights his Heart and Spirit. A Bride cannot make the conscience decision to be a Bride, she must fi rst be ask and chosen among many.

Th ough we seek after God it is his decision to let us first find him.How can we fi rst seek after him? First, look to Wisdom for the answers to who this Bridegroom is surrounding our lives pursing us. It is between the fear and love that he is there within ourselves embedded in his Spirit, There as we see his movements in our lives that we start to delight in his saving Grace. It is a dance of life and also of our trust in Him when we face death. Too get to know, learn, trust, and surrender to the Bridegroom in the realm of Faith, a everlasting bond is formed in a relationship with Him and isn’t this the secret of the relationship between a man and woman, the Intimacy of Marriage and the bonds that hold them together. In this relationship the Bridegroom finds his true love living within, loving her and expanding his life with hers. She being the Bride is the mirror image or reflection of what he sees in himself so the attraction begins. It is us made in the image and reflection of the Maker, just as a man seeks out his mate in the reflection of who he is sets the standard for the kind of woman he will date and come to marry. God knowing us as his children and what he has placed within us “our spiritual gifts” follows this same pattern of attraction, it is us that should mold ourselves to the standard for the kind of woman God is desiring, wanting to share his throne and eternity with you. How do we do that? By being faithful Christians living in Obedience and Radiant in Love, showing humbleness towards Him and also for each other since we are created in the likeness of God. We living the truth that love should be burning in our hearts, yearning yet flowing over the edges of our hearts. Opening our spiritual eyes on a higher level that we may see the Bridegroom standing within us as that Lambe, that eternal flame radiant with Love for his Bride for he sees the oil of joy within her eyes, finding in this love all he desires his hunger before the beginning of time, a love all his own, in this passionate embrace he gives her is demonstrated in all that he has done for her so that Christ Jesus came in flesh dying on the cross, sacrificing himself through flesh, blood, in a passion the world was unable to give so it is Christ died for the deep abiding love of her……The Church.

The Invitation into a relationship with Christ….a friendship that grows into knowing his movements….drawing closer into a Love Affair with Him, so it is the mystery of the relationship between Man and Woman.
