About the Author
About the Author Karina A. F. Weil built her international consulting experience in a broad range of marketing and consulting of human resources services in South East Asia, South and North America working in cross-borders US-Asia Pacific leading consulting organizations such as IBM, Booz Allen and Hamilton, the Hay Group, and KPMG Peat Marwick. During those years she had the opportunity to work with splendid international business leaders whose leadership style caused her to research about what distinguishing quality they possessed that made them stand out from the majority. They emanated a power that came from within and appeared to have a fine degree of attunement to their inner selves. Karina’s desire to discover the origin of that power led her to research a vast array of materials that ranged from transpersonal psychology, the connections between quantum physics, mind power and spirituality, to the teachings of the Great Ones. Those long years of exploration evolved into the discovery and understanding of the one element exceptional business leaders have in common: faith and reliance on their intuition. She later taught these concepts to a variety of audiences around the world. This book is the compilation of three decades of personal learning. Karina is a forerunner in the field of assisting executives and leaders in bringing to fruition their highest leadership power through increased awareness and expansion of the treasures latent in their inner self towards greater happiness, harmony and nobility in the business world and on the planet.
