Frederick Mickel Huck is an author, independent researcher, and advocate of good Health, who has been involved in many years of ongoing research. He has been developing healthy recipes which the body will accept. As of today he has given away over 150,000 items in an ongoing program which he named "educating and feeding the hungry - unhealthy". Throughout this program he explains how much easier it is to take care of the body and eliminate the many health problems caused by that very same fact.
He has personally has lost and kept off the extra 55 pounds, that would have continued his diabetes, kidney stones, and bone problems. He can also say I do not take any drugs for these diseases. He stresses cooking is much easier than perceived. It saves him valuable time and money.
