Megan's Dream

            Megan Holis lay in her bed as she suffered through the pains of labor to bring the baby into the world. A baby conceived months before not in love, but in rape.

            It started eight months before , Megan Holis was the eighteen seventeen year old daughter of George and Janelle Holis of Glendale Illinois. She was a lovely daughter at five foot six inches tell in a slender frame. She had always been a very intelligent child as well as active in school activities.

            She was blessed with long brown hair, and a small forehead. Her spring green eyes were very much like her mothers own. Many friends claim that Megan had the perfect figure.

            As a junior in high school, she was as active as always, she had been a cheerleader for the football team, a member of the Honor Society, not to mention the class representative to the student council. She was also a member of the 719 club of which there were less than six members known.

            Megan was good friend with David Steller and had been for over a year. They met as sophomores and kept in contact through the summer months.

            David was six foot tall with a muscular build . His black hair was styled in a conservative neat style. Brown eyes set on his square shaped head. He seemed to have a serious expression mor of the time. David was a senior and would graduate in May.

            He was active in school with drama an the Basketball team. He also held down a position at the Toy Store in the mall.

            There was one thing that David kept hidden. He was jealous of Megan’s activities and popularity. He went even as far as to ask if he could join the 719 club. Megan paused to look at him dumbly.

            “You can’t belong unless your birthday is 719. Those are only rules. It so happens that Amber, Colleen and I all share the same birthday. Strange isn’t it!” She commented then headed off to a meeting.

             Amber Wells and Colleen Peters were her two best friends. Amber happened to be a blonde with soft green eyes .Like Megan, she had been chosen as a cheerleader. She had met Megan in seventh grade as they had attended different grade schools. As luck would have it, they had the same home room first thing in the morning.

            Colleen Peters was a transplant so to speak, Born in Chicago, she moved the Glendale the summer before seventh grade.

            She stood all over five foot five inches compared to Megan’s five foot six stature. Colleen was blessed with brown hair, blue eyes, and a slender figure.

            When she started seventh grade, Megan was the first person she met as she walked onto the school grounds. Megan walked up began talking to her, by the end of the first day, Megan, Amber and Colleen were good friends.       

            When they discovered by accident that they shared the same birthday, their reaction was laughing at how strange it was they would share the same birthday, be friends and enjoy crime shoes.  CSI being one all three enjoyed religiously.  It was Megan who jokingly suggested they start the 719 club. From that first day there, began the 719 club.

            Megan told her parents about her new friend who shared the dame birthday as well as crime shows.

             Colleen was in the National Society with Megan .That was she did, she wasn’t into sports but more into reading. Which Megan and Amber thought is was cool.

            There was another secret Amber and Colleen shared, didn’t think highly of Megan’s boyfriend David. To them , he seemed jealous and possessive of Megan.
