About the Author

 Kenneth (Kenny) L. Hall was born and raised in Jersey City, NJ.   He attended St. Augustine College in Raleigh, NC, where he earned his BA degree in Business Administration.   One of his early employments was as a Sr. Territory Mgr. for American Express, which opened the doors for his chance encounter with Billy Carter.   His Billy & Me years stretched from 1977 through the late 80’s.   Later on, Kenny taught Science and Mathematics at an Alternative Middle School.   Mr. Hall has one son, Kevin Lesean Hall, who is a Computer Technician in Jacksonville, FL.
