About the Author

Malick Kouyate is from Guinea, West Africa.  He is a part time faculty at Duquesne University and a freelance consultant on Spiritual Love as it is related to holistic healing, wholeness and meaning in everyday life. Love A Call To Be Whole is his second book of poetry. Love A Call To be Whole is meant to deepen and expand Love Is The Only Road published  months earlier. On August 2006, Malick received the Editor’s Award for outstanding accomplishment in poetry presented by the International Library of Poetry. Malick is also featured in the 2006 International Who’s Who in Poetry Anthology. On April 2007, Malick has been selected to become a United States of America 2007 Poetry Ambassador. Dr. Kouyate is proud of this exceptional honor. He is very thankful to the Internal Library of Poetry and to the Poetry Month Committee.
